Latest on the W.R. Grace Plastic Pilot Project 🗞️

The latest news was that back in July, the Howard County Hearing Examiner ruled in favor of residents and sent the plan back to the Department of Planning and Zoning. The worry is that Grace will be burning plastic in a residential area, Grace has said they won’t, but residents don’t believe them. To keep up with the latest and what you can do to help, here’s the Stop W.R. Grace organization website.

Lemon Curd Macarons

📷 by Margaryta K | 🗺️ Ellicott City, MD

These hand crafted macarons by Margaryta look amazing. She is the owner and operator of Savorists, a small batch macaron baker in Ellicott City that just opened up a few weeks ago. You can check out her Instagram for a look at all their creative flavors (there’s a blue cheese pumpernickel bread macaron???).

They don’t have a store but you can order online.
